As Senior Nutrition Education Coordinator at the Vermont Campaign to End Childhood Hunger, Rebecca O’Reilly coordinates the Campaign’s nutrition education programming. Rebecca works closely with numerous partners statewide to develop and implement nutrition programming throughout Vermont.
Rebecca is an expert on the philosophy, curriculum, and results of the Campaign’s popular and very successful nutrition and cooking education programs for low-income Vermonters. Her in-depth knowledge of nutritious, low-cost recipes and food practices, makes her a tremendous resource to community partners helping families to stretch food dollars.
Before joining the Campaign, Rebecca spent seven years coordinating and directing school-age programming for the Greater Burlington YMCA. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science from Castleton State College. Rebecca continues her education in nutrition at the University of Vermont.
